About Me
- maria
- Southern California, United States
- Holistic living, natural remedies have been part of my life since the early 80's. As a natural progression of my passion, I became a certified massage therapist in 2006, a Reiki Master in 2008, and in 2013 an Ayurveda Lifestyle Coach. I am here to promote natural healing, for it is my deep belief that with a little help from our friends and nature, we can all heal ourselves.

ReplyDeleteI have read and written on treatment using cinnamon, but this is one I would want to research further. I worked for a doctor who prescribed chromium piccolinate also; a treatment which causes little side effects. I love learning more about preventative health, something which does not create other health issues. Often times a prescription is given to counteract the ill effects of another leaving our liver to work harder.
ReplyDeleteKeep researching and writing. I love reading.
Take care & God bless.
