Apple Cider Vinegar most Popular Diabetes Remedy

Apple cider vinegar has long been touted as a folk remedy to cure just about anything but many doctors claimed there was no supporting evidence. Here is a study from the Department of Nutrition, Arizona State University, Mesa, Arizona that says otherwise: Vinegar Improves Insulin Sensitivity to a High-Carbohydrate Meal in Subjects With Insulin Resistance or Type 2 Diabetes

  1. Very interesting article, I will ask a friend whether he gets help from it. If an ulcer exists, there will be interference with the vinegar.

  2. I have read and written on treatment using cinnamon, but this is one I would want to research further. I worked for a doctor who prescribed chromium piccolinate also; a treatment which causes little side effects. I love learning more about preventative health, something which does not create other health issues. Often times a prescription is given to counteract the ill effects of another leaving our liver to work harder.
Keep researching and writing. I love reading.

    Take care & God bless.
